UV Curing Test
The test equipment is designed to station solar panels which is exposed to UV radiation for 24 hours as per IEC 61730-2 MST-54.
A force of 40 N is applied at the centre of the test object as per IEC 61730-2, MST-14 specifications.
The test is used to determine whether the terminations and its attachments of the solar module will withstand the stress during assembly processes.

The endurance of the terminal or junction box with the conduit connected is tested as per IEC 61730-2, MST 33 specifications.
Terminal Box Knock Out
The knock out at room temperature and pre conditioned are subjected to a force of 44.5 N as per MST 44 specifications.
Cut Susceptibility
Solar PV module is tested for capacity to withstand handling by personnel during installation and maintenance as per MST 12 specification.
We provide a combined test setup for Chord Anchorage Pull and Torsion test. Separate testing apparatus can also be supplied if required.
Cable of Solar PV module or any other equipment is subject to a pulling force and twisted with a certain Nm as per MQT-14.2 specifications.

The Solar Module is dipped in the required solution and tested for leakage current as per IEC 61730-2 and MST-17 specification.
Bypass Diode Thermal Test
Solar Panel is pre conditioned at a certain temperature and the voltage drop across the by-pass diode for different current pulses is measured as per MST-25 specification.
Impulse Voltage Test
Solar module covered in copper foil is subject to impulse voltage of desired wave shape as per MST 14 specifications.
Microwave Oven Door Testing
The door of Microwave oven is subject to endurance by continuous open and close operations for required number of cycles, speeds and angles as per the specifications.
Washing Machine Door Testing
The lid/door of both front and top load washing machine is tested for endurance by opening and closing it at desired speeds and angles as per the specifications.
